  • Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected promotions or order values.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your delivery.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct.

  • Clux is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information or courier issues.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the courier may attempt re-delivery.

  • Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos), and we will resolve the issue promptly.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure payment is ready at the time of delivery.
